Shallow DAF Machine
The shallow DAF machine is designed based on the shallow-tank principle, with a short bubble rise distance and fast separation speed for high treatment efficiency. It is suitable for papermaking whitewater recovery, oily wastewater, food wastewater and municipal sewage pretreatment.
The shallow air flotation machine (high-efficiency shallow air flotation device) is a high-efficiency flotation device designed using the shallow-tank principle, which greatly shortens the bubble rise distance, resulting in a fast separation speed and significantly higher treatment efficiency than conventional flotation.
Working Principle
The dissolved air water and wastewater are fully mixed in the inlet zone; the fine bubbles attach to suspended solids and oil droplets, which float rapidly to the water surface and are continuously scraped off by a rotary scum scraper. The purified water is collected by the water collection pipe and discharged.

Horizontal Dissolved Air Flotation Machine
