Combined DAF & Sedimentation Unit
The combined DAF and sedimentation unit integrates dissolved air flotation and sedimentation. It first removes light suspended solids and oil through DAF, then removes remaining suspended solids in the sedimentation zone, suitable for treating oily wastewater and industrial wastewater.
The air flotation and sedimentation integrated machine is a water treatment device that integrates the two processes of air flotation and sedimentation, removing light suspended solids and oil/grease through air flotation, and then removing the remaining suspended solids in the sedimentation zone to achieve efficient solid-liquid separation.
Working Principle
Wastewater first enters the flotation zone, where the fine bubbles released by the dissolved air water attach to suspended solids and float them up to be scraped off by the scum scraper; the treated water then enters the sedimentation zone, where the remaining suspended solids settle and are removed, and the effluent is discharged up to standard.
