Micro Filter
The micro filter is a rotary drum filtration device using stainless steel screens for solid-liquid separation. Through drum rotation and backwashing, it achieves continuous filtration, suitable for removing suspended solids from papermaking, textile and food industrial wastewater as well as livestock wastewater.
The microfilter (rotary drum microfilter) is a rotary drum filtration device that uses a stainless steel microporous screen for solid-liquid separation, achieving efficient removal of suspended solids through the continuous process of drum rotation, screen retention and backwashing.
Working Principle
After wastewater enters the drum, the water flows out through the screen while suspended solids are retained on the inner surface of the screen. The drum rotates slowly, and the retained suspended solids are carried to the top as the drum rotates and are then washed off by backwash water into the slag collection trough for discharge.
Product Features
- Continuous operation with high treatment efficiency;

Precision Filter
The precision filter uses microporous filter cartridges or membranes as the filtration medium to finely remove tiny particles, suspended solids, colloids and some microorganisms from water. With high filtration precision, stable effluent quality and easy operation and maintenance, it is widely used in reverse osmosis pretreatment, circulating water treatment, advanced drinking water treatment, and precision liquid filtration in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Inclined Screen Filter
The inclined screen filter (also called curved screen or inclined screen) uses wedge-shaped screen bars to form a curved screening surface, separating suspended solids from wastewater by gravity. With a simple structure, no moving parts, maintenance-free operation and low running cost, it effectively removes solid suspended matter from wastewater. It is widely used for pretreatment and solid-liquid separation in livestock wastewater, slaughterhouse wastewater and food processing wastewater.

Sand-Water Separator
The sand-water separator separates sand and other inorganic particles from wastewater through screw conveying and gravity settling. It is commonly used with grit chambers in wastewater treatment plants to prevent sand from wearing down downstream equipment.
