Solid-Liquid Separation Equipment

Precision Filter

Precision Filter

The precision filter uses microporous filter cartridges or membranes as the filtration medium to finely remove tiny particles, suspended solids, colloids and some microorganisms from water. With high filtration precision, stable effluent quality and easy operation and maintenance, it is widely used in reverse osmosis pretreatment, circulating water treatment, advanced drinking water treatment, and precision liquid filtration in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Inclined Screen Filter

Inclined Screen Filter

The inclined screen filter (also called curved screen or inclined screen) uses wedge-shaped screen bars to form a curved screening surface, separating suspended solids from wastewater by gravity. With a simple structure, no moving parts, maintenance-free operation and low running cost, it effectively removes solid suspended matter from wastewater. It is widely used for pretreatment and solid-liquid separation in livestock wastewater, slaughterhouse wastewater and food processing wastewater.

Sand-Water Separator

Sand-Water Separator

The sand-water separator separates sand and other inorganic particles from wastewater through screw conveying and gravity settling. It is commonly used with grit chambers in wastewater treatment plants to prevent sand from wearing down downstream equipment.

Micro Filter

Micro Filter

The micro filter is a rotary drum filtration device using stainless steel screens for solid-liquid separation. Through drum rotation and backwashing, it achieves continuous filtration, suitable for removing suspended solids from papermaking, textile and food industrial wastewater as well as livestock wastewater.
