
Precision Filter
The precision filter uses microporous filter cartridges or membranes as the filtration medium to finely remove tiny particles, suspended solids, colloids and some microorganisms from water. The precision filter, also known as a security filter or microporous filter, is a fine filtration device with microporous filter cartridges as the core filtration element. It is used to remove tiny particles, suspended solids and colloids from water, and is an essential pre-protection device for membrane treatment systems such as reverse osmosis.
Working principle: under pressure, the raw water passes through the microporous filter cartridges, where tiny particles and suspended solids are retained by the cartridges, and the purified water is discharged through the outlet. As the operating time extends, the differential pressure across the cartridges increases; when it reaches the set value, the cartridges are replaced to restore filtration performance.
The equipment offers high filtration precision, and cartridges of different pore sizes can be selected according to water quality requirements. The cartridges use PP melt-blown, pleated cartridges or filter membranes, providing strong dirt-holding capacity and long service life. The housing is made of stainless steel and is corrosion-resistant. The structure is simple, easy to maintain, and cartridges can be replaced quickly.
