FRP Underground Sewage Treatment Equipment
The FRP underground integrated sewage treatment equipment is made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), offering excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and long service life. Installed underground, the surface above can be greened or used for parking, saving land resources. With a high degree of integration, it adopts mature biological treatment processes such as A/O and A2/O, delivering stable effluent quality that meets discharge standards. It is widely applicable to residential communities, hospitals, schools, hotels, rural areas and various decentralized domestic sewage treatment projects.
The FRP underground sewage treatment equipment is an integrated treatment unit developed by our company for decentralized domestic sewage treatment. It integrates sewage pretreatment, biological treatment, sedimentation and disinfection in one unit. The tank body is integrally molded from high-quality FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) material, offering significant advantages such as light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and anti-aging, with a long service life, and is especially suitable for underground installation.
The equipment adopts mature biological treatment processes such as A/O and A2/O, achieving nitrogen and phosphorus removal while efficiently removing organic matter through alternating anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic operation. The effluent quality is stable and compliant, and the process combination can be flexibly selected according to different water quality requirements.
The equipment adopts an underground design with a small footprint. The ground surface can be greened or used for roads and parking lots without occupying above-ground space. It operates with low noise and no odor emission, has minimal impact on the surrounding environment, features a high degree of automation, and is easy to operate and maintain with low operating costs.
It is widely used for the treatment of sewage in residential communities, rural areas, towns, hospitals, schools, hotels, tourist attractions, expressway service areas, and various decentralized domestic sewage. It is the ideal equipment for achieving compliant discharge and resource utilization of decentralized sewage.
The modular integrated sewage treatment equipment of Shandong Rihong Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. adopts AO, A2O, MBR, MBBR and other processes, with a maximum treatment capacity of 500 m³/d. The effluent/treatment results can meet the sewer discharge standard, Grade 1A standard, Class V surface water standard, and others. It is widely used in domestic sewage, school sewage, medical sewage and other fields.

Modular Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment
With the rapid growth of the national economy and rising living standards, urban water demand keeps increasing while most cities face serious water shortages. To address this, wastewater resource recovery is essential—treating municipal sewage through specialized equipment for reuse. Jointly developed by our R&D team and the MBR membrane application center, this integrated water reclamation unit combines sewage treatment and reuse in one system. It is a self-designed, integrated wastewater treatment and reuse device built around a membrane bioreactor (MBR) as the core process. Our anti-fouling MBR membrane features internationally advanced core technology, filling a domestic gap. Dozens of large-scale demonstration projects have been built, making it the ideal technology for energy saving, emission reduction and capacity expansion. Our integrated MBR products have been exported to developed markets including the US and Australia, delivering outstanding environmental and economic benefits.

Purification Tank (Johkasou)
The purification tank is a small decentralized domestic sewage treatment device integrating solid-liquid separation, anaerobic treatment, aerobic treatment, sedimentation and disinfection. It is suitable for on-site treatment of decentralized domestic sewage in rural areas, villas, resorts, scenic areas and highway service areas, with effluent reusable or meeting discharge standards.
