Wastewater & Waste Gas Treatment Project for Harmless Treatment Center

Project Overview

This project is an integrated wastewater and waste gas treatment facility for a harmless treatment center, treating the wastewater and malodorous gases generated during processing. It combines wastewater treatment with waste gas treatment, achieving compliant wastewater treatment and waste gas purification to meet environmental regulatory requirements.

Project Details

Project Background

The innocuous (harmless) treatment center generates both wastewater and malodorous gases during operation, which would cause secondary pollution to the environment if not properly treated. To meet environmental requirements, the owner commissioned us to implement integrated treatment of the wastewater and exhaust gas.

Treatment Process

This project adopts an integrated treatment scheme of "compliant wastewater treatment + exhaust gas collection and purification":

  • Wastewater Treatment: the wastewater is discharged up to standard through processes such as pretreatment and biochemical treatment;
  • Exhaust Gas Treatment: odor-producing points are sealed and collected, and the gas is purified by scrubbing + biological deodorization before compliant discharge;
  • System Integration: the wastewater and exhaust gas systems are planned and operated in a unified and coordinated manner.

Project Results

After implementation, both wastewater and exhaust gas are treated and discharged up to standard, effectively avoiding secondary pollution, with stable and reliable operation.
